**Job Title** Recruiter – Craft Force **Role Summary** Drive the acquisition and onboarding of early‑career skilled craft professionals. Lead campus and trade school partnerships, manage full‑cycle recruiting for construction trades, and champion employer branding to ensure a strong pipeline and positive candidate experience across the region. **Expectations** - Build and maintain a robust co‑op, internship, and fresh talent pipeline. - Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and trade‑school visits. - Deliver a professional, candidate‑centric recruiting process from outreach to offer. - Partner with hiring managers and marketing to align workforce needs with talent strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute recruiting strategies for entry‑level construction and trade roles. - Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer management. - Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization smoothly. - Develop and promote employer branding initiatives (social media, website, campaigns). - Analyze recruiting data, forecast workforce needs, and report metrics to leadership. - Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes for efficiency. - Advise hiring managers on labor market trends, compensation, and best practices. - Represent the company at events, trade schools, and community partnerships. - Travel up to 25% of the time for office visits and events. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or skilled trades. - Proven ability to build relationships with educational institutions and community organizations. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; Dynamics experience is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). ---
