**Job Title:** Navy ERP SME
**Role Summary:**
Provide advanced technical and functional support for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all modules. Execute system design, testing, cutover, go‑live, and sustainment activities, while guiding business process reengineering, user training, and documentation.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain US DoD Secret‑level security clearance (or eligibility).
- Conduct up to 25 % travel within the continental United States.
- Deliver high‑quality presentations, trainings, and facilitation to stakeholders at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead implementation and sustainment of Navy ERP/SAP modules (FI, FM, MM, IM, CO, PS, AM, SD).
- Perform business process reengineering: as‑is/to‑be mapping, business rule definition, and handbook creation.
- Develop test data, plans, cases, and UAT scripts; coordinate UAT activities.
- Produce desk guides, SOPs, policies, and guidance documents.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close, reconciliation, and forensic accounting tasks.
- Provide ongoing post‑go‑live/virtual and on‑site support, including incident resolution and service desk management.
- Train end users, conduct workshops, and maintain training materials.
- Engage in configuration, architecture, and RICE artifact development for enterprise projects.
**Required Skills:**
- 6+ years of full‑time experience delivering financial or business systems services to DoD agencies or Fortune 500 firms.
- Advanced knowledge of Navy ERP financial and material modules (FI, FM, MM, IM, CO, PS, AM, SD) for General & Working Capital Funds.
- Experience with month‑end/year‑end close, reconciliation across ERP and external systems (DCPS, SLDCADA, DCAS, DDRS), and forensic accounting.
- Proficiency in entitlements, General Ledger, DDEF analysis, FMBB, DTS, and EDA.
- Ability to modernize financial management systems, accountable property records, and HRM/WM for the Department of Navy.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems).
- Active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain US DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred: CISA or equivalent IT professional certification.
