Job Title: Marketing & Community Internship Role Summary: Dynamic internship providing hands‑on experience in startup operations, marketing, branding, sales, community outreach, public relations, event support, and business strategy. Interns collaborate directly with founders and core team to build and scale wellness-focused initiatives. Expectations: - Full‑time engagement during 3–6 month term (flexible schedule). - Unpaid, learning‑focused experience with potential future paid or equity opportunities based on performance. - Active participation in all project phases, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Support cross‑functional initiatives across operations, marketing, sales, community, PR, and events. - Assist in content creation, brand messaging, and digital communication assets. - Participate in outreach, partnership development, and customer engagement. - Contribute to event logistics, on‑site execution, and follow‑up. - Help design and implement workflow systems, process improvements, and strategic plans. - Conduct research, gather insights, and produce reports to inform decision‑making.
