Job Description: **Job Title:** Data Scientist **Role Summary:** Engage directly with clients to analyze data, implement machine learning (ML) and AI solutions, and bridge technical and business teams to enhance safety, security, and compliance in AI systems. **Expectations:** Apply advanced statistical analysis, design experimentation frameworks, create data-driven narratives via visualization, and develop automated data pipelines using BI tools and ETL techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design benchmarks and leaderboards to evaluate AI safety and compliance. - Develop client-facing analytics and reports to communicate safety standards. - Translate technical results into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. - Maintain business dashboards for impact analysis and decision-making. - Deploy scalable ML/LLM solutions to address high-impact safety challenges. **Required Skills:** - Advanced statistics and data analysis. - Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling. - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes. - Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field. - Advanced degree in computer science or engineering is a plus (preferred for complex technical problem-solving). **Additional Requirements (Nice-to-Have):** - Experience with AI safety, trust & safety frameworks, or security-focused ML. - Familiarity with LLMs and agentic frameworks. - Background in startup environments or customer-facing technical roles.
