**Job Title** Business Development Executive **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new B2B relationships. Leverage product strengths and market positioning to generate qualified leads, build client pipelines, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling and strategic partnership development. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Demonstrate deep understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape. - Foster long‑term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and qualify new business opportunities using market research, referrals, cold outreach, and events. - Conduct discovery meetings to uncover client needs and propose tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements aligned with company policies. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation in CRM. - Forecast sales activity, update pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to management. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and support post‑sale success. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years) with a track record of exceeding targets. - Strong consultative selling, needs‑analysis, and solution‑selling abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. - Basic understanding of design or manufacturing industry dynamics is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, HubSpot Inbound Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
