**Job Title:** Corporate Security Lead Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the senior advisor and operational lead for protecting corporate executives and organization-sponsored events. Develop and execute physical security plans, manage protective intelligence, oversee vendors, and collaborate with internal teams, law enforcement, and external partners to ensure seamless, compliant security operations that support business continuity and executive engagement.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver comprehensive executive and event security solutions in a proactive, risk‑mitigated manner.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion security policies and crisis response protocols to senior leadership.
- Build trust and effective partnerships across all relevant stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of physical security for key executives and high‑profile events.
- Develop and update security policies, risk mitigation strategies, and crisis response procedures.
- Monitor protective intelligence, assess physical threats, and recommend tools and systems to enhance threat awareness.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring personnel and systems meet performance, compliance, and timeliness standards.
- Oversee security‑related projects and budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments, law enforcement, and external security teams to integrate security into broader business operations.
- Conduct informational and training presentations to executive staff and external audiences.
- Provide analytical reporting and recommendations to senior management.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate security, law enforcement, intelligence, or military security operations.
- In‑depth knowledge of executive protection, executive protection, crisis management, and life safety programs.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Independent, strategic decision‑making ability in complex, adversarial environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships across diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of LEOSA eligibility preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred Master’s degree in Security Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred certification: ASIS International – Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- Additional preferred experience: 8–10 years in corporate security or equivalent; 15+ years including supervisory/command roles can substitute.
