About the Company

Transaction-Network is not just software. It’s the industrial service ecosystem that redefines technical service — connected, manufacturer-independent, real time, and clearly structured. Our approach makes three things happen: Machine downtime doesn’t occur. The ecosystem identifies critical situations early at the producer and automatically involves OEMs and suppliers. Delivery deadlines are met because maintenance is clearly structured — even with limited staff. Operating costs drop measurably because processes are automated, inventories are optimized and coordination efforts are reduced. Our edge: uniting operators, machinery manufacturers and material suppliers on one platform. The game changer: We call it Instant Service. Transaction-Network turns every signal into a service job — within seconds. What once took a full day of back-and-forth — recording a fault, aligning internally and externally, coordinating, clarifying — now happens in just 120 seconds. Live. Transparent. Automatic.
