We deliver seamless continuity of care by working directly with New York MLTC, CHHA, and hospice companies. Our in-home and care programs include home health aide assistance, specialized memory care, post-stroke care, home infusion therapy, appointment and procedure escort, private duty nursing, hospice and palliative care, and consumer-directed assistance (CDPAP). Job Description
Power BI Developer Role Summary: Develop high-impact Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions to drive operational performance and strategic decision-making. Expactations: Deliver data-driven insights across multiple enterprise systems while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards for executives and operations. - Convert SQL queries, Excel KPIs, and multi-platform data into actionable visuals. - Develop DAX measures, optimize data models, and ensure report performance. - Integrate Power BI with diverse data sources (e.g., APIs, AWS S3, ODBC, flat files). - Collaborate with IT and vendors to leverage data lakes, pipelines, and ETL/ELT workflows. - Translate business problems into measurable KPIs and analytics. - Validate data quality, detect anomalies, and provide insights for operational processes (HR, care delivery, scheduling). - Execute rapid dashboard projects, communicate progress clearly, and manage multiple priorities. Required Skills: - 5+ years of Power BI development experience. - Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling expertise. - Expert SQL skills for complex queries, joins, aggregations, and schema analysis. - Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and data ingestion methods (APIs, ODBC). - Proficiency in AWS S3, cloud storage, and data lake concepts. - Strong analytical and visualization capabilities to interpret operational requirements. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data analytics preferred but not required.
