Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by advocating customer feedback and new service concepts. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or metal distribution sectors. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans. - Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. - Self‑driven, goal‑oriented with a consultative sales approach. - Collaborative mindset and cross‑team coordination capability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Metallurgy, Commerce or related discipline. - Professional sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP) is an advantage but not mandatory.
