Job Description
**Job Title** CDD – B2B Sales Representative (Professional Training) **Role Summary** Six‑month temporary B2B sales role focused on selling professional training services in transportation and logistics. Responsible for phone and email prospecting, client relationship management, quotation preparation, and administrative sales support. **Expectations** - Deliver sales targets within a competitive environment. - Maintain high quality client service and timely response to inquiries. - Collaborate with the broader sales team and represent the company at industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to prospect and qualify leads, targeting executives, HR managers, and operations directors. - Manage client relationships through regular follow‑ups and resolve service requests within agreed timeframes. - Prepare and issue accurate quotations, assemble administrative dossiers, and finalize contracts and client invitations. - Update and maintain sales database, tracking prospects and pipeline activity. - Participate in trade shows and open‑house events to promote the training portfolio. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 1 year). - Strong telephone selling techniques and ability to close deals with large accounts. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across senior decision‑makers. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated by customer experience excellence. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Self‑starter able to work independently within set performance metrics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s level in Business/Sales or a related field (Bac+2 equivalent). - No specific certifications mandated; relevant sales or customer‑management training is advantageous.
