Job Description
**Job Title:** DoD Skillbridge CNO Developer (Cyber207) **Role Summary:** Develop and implement specialized Cyber Operations (CNO) software solutions for federal defense and homeland security clients. Requires active U.S. Top Secret clearance and eligibility under DoD SkillBridge for transitioning service members. Focus on mission-critical, real-world problem-solving using advanced programming, reverse engineering, and agile methodologies. **Expactations:** - U.S. Active Top Secret clearance with potential upgrade to TS/SCI. - Eligible for DoD SkillBridge program (active-duty military transitioning to civilian roles). - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems or ≥4 years industry experience. - ≥1 year development experience (Windows/Unix programming) may substitute for coursework. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and debug CNO software capabilities for Windows, Unix/Linux, mobile, and network platforms. - Evaluate, upgrade, or re-engineer existing CNO tools, techniques, and technologies. - Implement network programming, reverse engineering, and software analysis across hardware architectures. - Manage software build environments and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). - Collaborate on mission-oriented projects requiring creative, agile-driven innovation. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; experience in Windows/.NET or UNIX/makefile environments. - Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN), CI/CD tools, and debugging/troubleshooting techniques. - Basic assembly programming knowledge (PPC, MIPS, x86). - Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination and customer interactions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s in computer science/information systems/network engineering OR ≥4 years relevant experience. - Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required. - Preferred: CNO background, embedded systems experience, Android development, Unix/Linux kernel programming, or network engineering knowledge (TCP/IP, OSI, routing/switching).
