Job Description: Job Title Salesforce Developer Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end development, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal performance. Expectations - Deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. - Manage release cycles, sandbox environments, and change sets with minimal disruption. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate requirements into technical designs. Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flow. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools. - Configure security (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets) and manage data tools (Data Loader, Workbench). - Plan and execute releases, including sandbox management and version control. - Optimize FSL workflows to improve field service productivity and customer satisfaction. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, and integration issues. - Prioritize development tasks in partnership with project teams. - Document solutions, configuration, and best practices. Required Skills - 2‑4 years of Salesforce development and customization experience. - Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and Flow builder. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data management tools. - Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. - Hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing Field Service Lightning. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
