About the Company

The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) is a place-based nonprofit community development corporation in South Los Angeles. Mission & History Our mission is to better sustain, coordinate, and improve local planning, development, and community services that address the needs of low-income and working-class residents and small businesses of South Los Angeles. Our work is rooted in a philosophy of coalition-building and collaboration with residents and other stakeholders to jointly create a lasting impact in the community. We focus on three program areas in conjunction with the development of affordable and permanent supportive housing: - Workforce for Adults and Youth - Housing and Support Services - Entrepreneur and Small Business Services Founded in January 2005 by neighborhood residents and community leaders, our goal is to strengthen the economic vitality of South Los Angeles and improve the quality of life for youth and the community. CRCD received its federal tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in December 2005. Fiscal sponsorship and operational support were generously provided by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps through July 2006. Today, CRCD is committed to our mission and moving forward with a dedicated board of directors, advisory board, and staff. CRCD is funded by a combination of grants, earned income, and generous donations.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization’s Salesforce system, ensuring accurate data management, user training, system security, and reporting across programmatic departments. **Expectations:** - 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education. - Proactive, self‑directed work style with strong time‑management and attention to detail. - Effective written and verbal communication for training and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, deactivate, and manage user accounts with appropriate permission sets. - Deliver training and develop training resources to build Salesforce skills organization‑wide. - Troubleshoot system issues, respond to help‑desk tickets, and perform root‑cause analysis. - Conduct routine system maintenance: duplicate resolution, page layout adjustments, field creation/upgrades. - Install, upgrade, and manage Salesforce applications, including the Non‑Profit Success Pack. - Lead data archiving processes to keep participant records current and complete. - Collaborate with IT on security protocols, data backup, and compliance with grant regulations. - Support Grants Manager/Administrator in foundational data entry for grants and programs. - Assist Data Analysts with weekly data migration/imports, dashboard creation, and outcome tracking reports. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce administration (Non‑Profit Success Pack preferred). - Data management and system maintenance. - Troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Training delivery and resource development. - Project and time management. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
