Job Title: Launch & Commercial Strategy Manager – Premium Fitness Club
Role Summary
Lead the end‑to‑end launch of a new upscale fitness club and drive its commercial success. Define premium positioning, pricing, and service offerings, build and manage a high‑performance team, execute targeted marketing, secure strategic partnerships, and monitor critical KPIs to ensure rapid revenue growth and optimal customer experience.
Expectations
- Deliver a fully operational club by the November 2025 opening with membership and revenue targets met.
- Establish a clear market positioning and premium pricing strategy.
- Build an elite workforce, including a General Manager, elite coaches, and service staff aligned with the club’s brand.
- Achieve a high‑quality pre‑membership cohort through targeted campaigns.
- Secure at least three strategic partnerships with luxury brands or hotels.
- Report on performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document the commercial positioning and pricing strategy for memberships, private coaching, and exclusive services.
- Design a seamless customer journey that delivers high perceived value and loyalty.
- Plan and execute a pre‑launch acquisition program (digital marketing, influencer collaborations, PR).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, concierge services, and high‑end companies.
- Recruit and lead a launch team: General Manager, top coaches, and front‑line service staff.
- Set up and track KPIs covering membership acquisition, retention, revenue per member, and marketing ROI.
- Oversee the financial management of the club, optimizing profitability and cost controls.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital presence to in‑person experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience launching and scaling premium fitness or lifestyle businesses.
- Deep knowledge of high‑end consumer behavior and luxury service standards.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to set pricing, margins, and profitability targets.
- Leadership and team‑building skills, able to attract and retain elite talent.
- Expertise in client acquisition strategies and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in luxury brand management, sales strategy, or project launch (e.g., LHM, CIM) preferred.
