Job Description

**Job Title:** SAP CO Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead the continued reliability and evolution of SAP Cost Accounting (CO) in an industrial setting, collaborating with finance, controlling, production, and IT teams to align CO with business needs. Serve as subject‑matter expert from requirement gathering to solution deployment. **Expectations:** - Mastery of SAP CO configuration and industrial cost‑accounting concepts. - Proven experience managing end‑to‑end projects in an SAP CO environment. - Strong stakeholder communication, training, and change‑management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements from controlling, finance, and production units. - Design and optimize CO processes (standard costs, cost centers, internal orders, cost calculations). - Configure and evolve SAP CO modules following group best practices. - Plan, execute, test, and monitor SAP CO enhancement projects; coordinate training and change support. - Provide Level 2/3 user support and resolve functional issues. - Coordinate with SAP FI, MM, PP, and IT teams to ensure system coherence. - Participate in cross‑functional initiatives (process harmonization, multi‑site deployments, new vertical integrations). - Document procedures and maintain a clear, up‑to‑date reference repository. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of SAP CO configuration and industrial financial processes. - Full project management lifecycle experience (scoping, planning, execution, monitoring). - Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, teaching, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multi‑interlocutor, multi‑site environment. - Familiarity with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. - SAP CO certification (or equivalent SAP functional certification) preferred.
