Expectations: • 10–15 years in DevOps/SRE/infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years in a senior technical role. • Deep expertise in cloud‑native architectures, automation, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java. • Proven experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows. • Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • Solid understanding of secure cloud operations and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST). • Leadership ability to scale DevOps practices across large teams or organizations.
