Job Title: Senior Staff DevOps Engineer
Role Summary: Lead the design, automation, and optimization of secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure for mission‑critical government and enterprise solutions. Drive DevSecOps strategy, mentor engineering teams, and accelerate deployment velocity while ensuring high reliability and performance.
Expectations: • 10–15 years in DevOps/SRE/infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years in a senior technical role.
• Deep expertise in cloud‑native architectures, automation, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Proven experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Solid understanding of secure cloud operations and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST).
• Leadership ability to scale DevOps practices across large teams or organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect and automate multi‑cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
2. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and incident response systems.
3. Ensure infrastructure meets stringent security and compliance standards and participates in architecture reviews.
4. Collaborate closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive performance, resilience, and deployment velocity.
5. Champion DevSecOps best practices, mentor cross‑disciplinary engineers, and influence system design for scalability and maintainability.
