Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Cloud Systems Engineer **Role Summary:** Leads design, implementation, and support of enterprise cloud integrations, focusing on SAP Cloud Integration, ETL workflows, and middleware. Acts as the technical nexus between business, application, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure data pipelines across hybrid environments. **Expactations:** Deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions, maintain data integrity and governance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to long‑term digital transformation strategy. Operate independently while collaborating cross‑functionally and support sprint releases and regression testing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and deploy SAP CI and iPaaS integrations for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. - Design, develop, and manage ETL pipelines across on‑prem and cloud. - Build secure API integrations (REST/SOAP), maintain data mappings, and optimize workflows. - Write and tune SQL for validation, reporting, and debugging. - Automate tasks with Python, PowerShell, or Bash. - Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration architecture. - Ensure compliance, data governance, and system security. - Provide second/third‑tier support and root cause analysis. - Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years systems engineering/integration/cloud infra experience. - 5+ years hands‑on ETL and middleware (SAP CI or equivalent). - Proficiency in SQL, relational DBs, REST/SOAP APIs. - Cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). - Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps. - Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner, or similar are a plus.
