Job title: Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Drive and optimize the organization’s digital marketing strategy to enhance online visibility and generate qualified leads. Responsible for end‑to‑end execution of SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and budget adherence. Expectations: - Deliver measurable improvement in organic search rankings and paid search ROI. - Produce consistent, on‑brand marketing copy and communications. - Provide timely performance reporting to inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and monitor email, social, event, and content marketing programs. - Conduct market research, trend analysis, and keyword discovery. - Manage PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing; optimize copy, landing pages, and budgets. - Track website analytics and PPC metrics, generating comprehensive reports. - Coordinate marketing events (logistics, registrations, vendors, collateral). - Oversee product, event, or content email campaigns: copy creation, scheduling, testing, database management. - Maintain vendor relationships and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery. - Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend optimizations. Required Skills: - 5+ years in marketing coordination, preferably in Architectural/Construction/Home Improvement sectors. - Proficiency in SEO/SEM best practices and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo). - Strong command of analytics tools (SEM Rush, Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite). - Exceptional written communication, copywriting, and proofreading. - Advanced project management, organization, and prioritization. - Data‑driven analytical and reporting capabilities. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Self‑starter ability to drive projects independently. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Industry certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or SEM (preferred).
