**Job Title:** Senior Data Scientist Consultant – Data & AI Strategy, Trustworthy AI Risk Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide strategic direction and practical solutions for regulated clients on data and AI strategy, governance, risk management, and trustworthy AI implementation. Act as a trusted advisor to drive digital transformation that meets regulatory and ethical requirements. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑impact, value‑creating AI and data initiatives. - Ensure full compliance with AI Act, GDPR, DORA, Basel III, Solvency II, and international standards (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF). - Maintain client trust through transparent, explainable, and bias‑mitigated models. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define data & AI vision, develop roadmaps, and identify high‑value use cases. - Conduct data and AI maturity assessments to prioritize investments. - Design and implement governance frameworks for data and AI, ensuring traceability, explainability, and accountability. - Evaluate algorithmic risks, reinforce system robustness and security. - Build, audit, and optimize predictive and explanatory models (forecasting, scoring, fraud detection) using explainability tools (LIME, SHAP, XAI). - Recommend actions to reduce bias and enhance model fairness and performance. - Advise cross‑functional teams (data, risk, legal, business) and facilitate workshops and AI governance committees. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in leading data‑driven digital transformation projects. - In‑depth knowledge of AI and data regulatory frameworks and ethical principles. - Strong governance and risk‑management capabilities for data and AI. - Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL; familiarity with ETL processes and relational/NoSQL databases. - Expertise with data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, D3.js. - Business consulting mindset, excellent stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation. - Awareness of ESG impacts of digital transformation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering or university degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a dual engineering/management program. - Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in data science, data & AI strategy, or related roles.
