Job Description
**Job Title**: IT Finance & EDI Manager **Role Summary** Lead IT Finance & EDI initiatives, supporting Finance teams with operational performance and process improvements. Serve as key contact for EDI client deployments, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and international legal requirements. **Expectations** - Proven 10+ years of experience in SAP (FI, CO modules), with multiple implementation projects. - Strong project management and cross-department collaboration skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Fluency in English and French; Spanish preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Support Finance teams for operational performance and process enhancements. - Coordinate EDI deployments with internal teams and external vendors. - Adapt and align existing procedures with SAP standards. - Resolve complex technical issues and manage change initiatives. - Implement and document standard operating procedures. - Translate business needs into technical specs for developers (TIBCO/NIFI). - Monitor legal and fiscal changes, ensuring system compliance. - Manage SAP FI modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CO); handle electronic banking formats (MT901, SEPA, SWIFT). - Oversee SAP CO modules (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, CO-PA administration). - Support integrated SAP flows (SD, MM), managing multi-currency and intercompany transactions. - Integrate new EDI clients, managing standard messages (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC). **Required Skills** - SAP FI/CO modules (configuration, reporting). - EDI standards (ORDERS, INVOIC) and integration (IDOC, BAPI). - TIBCO/NIFI. - Data migration tools (LSMW, SCAT, SQVI). - Multi-currency/intercompany SAP flows. - Compliance with SII, Intrastat, VAT regulations. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - Fluent English/French; Spanish preferred.
