Job Title: Coordinator, Implementation & Fulfillment Role Summary: Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of new lender programs and modifications to FCT’s proprietary business applications. Ensure accurate document mapping, system setup, testing, and production launch for lender-related features, maintaining high quality and on‑time delivery. Expactations: * Customer‑centric and task‑focused mindset. * Strong technical and analytical abilities. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy. * Ability to interpret real‑estate lender documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze product launch or change requirements from internal stakeholders. 2. Configure and set up systems in relevant FCT applications. 3. Map lender documents, develop testing sets, and verify business rule compliance. 4. Conduct end‑to‑end document testing cycles and resolve discrepancies. 5. Perform production setup and post‑deployment document verification. 6. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless program rollout. Required Skills: * Technical proficiency with business application configuration and data mapping. * Analytical problem‑solving and data validation. * Experience in testing and quality assurance processes. * Strong written and verbal communication. * Organizational capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge of real‑estate lending documents or mortgage documentation. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. * No specific certifications required, but experience in implementation or fulfillment roles is preferred.
