Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare providers in the assigned territory. Drive sales growth of complex medical devices by prospecting new accounts, managing existing relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. **Expectations:** - Achieve or exceed pre‑determined sales quotas. - Maintain high standards of customer service, training, and problem resolution. - Represent product knowledge and company values in all interactions. - Travel 50–65% within territory, including weekends/holidays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute account plans for key accounts and partners. - Conduct presentations and on‑site product demonstrations to physicians and HCPs. - Educate healthcare professionals on disease states, product benefits, and latest clinical literature. - Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers, including Interventional Radiologists and Oncology staff. - Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and records. - Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., AdvaMed). - Collaborate with internal teams on supply chain, receivables, and training needs. - Provide feedback on customer needs and product complaints to support continuous improvement. - Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and other events. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales success in medical device or therapy sales, with at least 5 years of experience. - Strong understanding of interventional radiology and complex medical device sales cycles. - Experience engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and developing practice/program initiatives. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and virtual engagement skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Self‑motivation, strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. - Attention to detail, initiative, and creativity in problem solving. - Valid driver’s license with a clean record; willingness to travel extensively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience. - Experience or knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., AdvaMed). - No specific certifications required, though familiarity with medical device regulations is advantageous.
