Job Description
**Job Title** Strategic Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding senior-level relationships in assigned enterprise accounts. Develop and implement tailored account strategies, identify new opportunities, and close complex B2B SaaS/PaaS deals. Serve as the client advocate, feeding market insights into product and marketing teams. **Expectations** - Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas. - Build deep, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders in Tier‑1 banks and major financial institutions. - Own full cycle of enterprise sales from prospecting to contract execution. - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting within the CRM. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful client delivery and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** - Cultivate senior‑level relationships and position the company as a strategic partner. - Design and execute complex account plans that influence multi‑stakeholder buying decisions. - Identify unmet client needs and market gaps to tailor solution offerings. - Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. - Share client and market intelligence with product, marketing and delivery teams. - Manage pipeline in Salesforce or equivalent, including forecasting and reporting. - Operate in a hybrid setting; onboard and collaborate in-person as required. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, PaaS or technology‑enabled solutions. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in large enterprise accounts. - Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities. - Ability to create and execute complex account strategies across multiple stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with business and technical acumen in digital transformation and SaaS/PaaS models. - Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Collaborative approach to working with product, marketing, and delivery teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - College diploma or undergraduate university degree in a related discipline. - No specific certifications required, but relevant sales or technical certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, SaaS Sales Practitioner) are a plus.
