Job Description
Job Title: Insider Threat Program Lead Official Role Summary: Lead development, implementation, and oversight of a corporate Insider Threat Program in compliance with 32 CFR 117 and DoD/IC regulations, coordinating with security, HR, legal, IT, and supply‑chain stakeholders to mitigate insider and counter‑intelligence risks. Expectations: • Maintain active Top‑Secret/SCI clearance, with ability to acquire SCI/SAP access. • Travel to multiple facilities as needed. • Serve as primary liaison with government agencies, law enforcement, and intelligence partners. Key Responsibilities: • Design and manage program policies, procedures, and training. • Conduct risk assessments, behavioral analyses, and threat investigations. • Lead insider‑threat working groups across functional areas. • Evaluate subcontractors and vendors for supply‑chain risk. • Develop OPSEC and Program Protection plans for critical assets. • Provide foreign‑travel briefings and debriefings. • Offer awareness training on social engineering and foreign intelligence tactics. • Engage in national security forums and counter‑proliferation discussions. Required Skills: • 10+ years counter‑intelligence experience in U.S. government, military, or DIB. • Expertise in insider‑threat mitigation, investigations, and behavioral analysis. • Proficiency in supply‑chain risk management and vendor threat assessment. • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and adaptability. • Knowledge of NISPOM, executive orders, CFRs, and personnel security procedures. • OPSEC Level I certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). • ITPLO certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. • Current Top‑Secret/SCI clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility. • OPSEC Level I certification. • Insider Threat Program Lead Official certification.
