Job Description
Job Title AI Business Solutions Product Manager – Director (EY‑Parthenon AI Labs) Role Summary Lead the end‑to‑end development of data‑driven, AI‑powered agent applications. Own the product roadmap, translate business objectives into clear technical specifications, and prioritize use cases to maximize client impact and business value. Expectations - Deliver AI‑based products that combine internal, public, and third‑party data. - Define POC/MVP requirements, success metrics, and go‑to‑market strategies. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. - Drive cross‑functional alignment between engineering, design, architecture, and business teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Own product roadmap and prioritise use cases based on tech feasibility, customer impact, and data availability. 2. Translate business goals into agent roles, workflows, data requirements, and interface specifications. 3. Collaborate with engineers to validate model fit, feature strategy, and insight generation logic. 4. Define POC/MVP requirements, success metrics, and scope. 5. Prioritise features by client value, business impact, and technical feasibility. 6. Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely delivery. 7. Partner on go‑to‑market plans and adoption strategies (including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement). 8. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across all stakeholder groups. Required Skills - 5–8+ years product management experience, preferably in data‑intensive or AI/ML platforms. - Proven track record of launching and managing products at the intersection of business insight, data science, and engineering. - Strong understanding of data product lifecycle: ingestion, cleaning, merging, modeling, serving. - Experience with structured data merging, schema linking, and agentic AI workflows (RAG, data fusion). - Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior stakeholders. - Ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture. - Passion for innovation and awareness of AI market trends. - Familiarity with deploying AI/ML products into production is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field **plus** 5 years of relevant work experience; **or** a graduate degree with ~3 years of relevant experience. - No specific certifications required.
