Job Title: Director, Product Management – AI Solutions
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end development and commercialization of AI‑driven product offerings, translating consulting methodologies into scalable, autonomous tools for advisory and execution services. Drive product strategy, roadmap, and adoption while ensuring ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Practice Line Leaders, Delivery Enablement, and domain experts to shape an agentic AI product vision aligned with business objectives.
• Own the AI product roadmap; conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate financial and operational consulting frameworks into AI‑driven workflows; collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to build, validate, and iteratively improve agentic models.
• Champion customer‑centric UX for non‑technical stakeholders and integrate stakeholder feedback into product iterations.
• Embed ethical AI, bias detection, explainability, data privacy, and governance into product design and lifecycle.
• Measure and report on ROI, adoption, feature velocity, model reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver internal trainings, best‑practice sharing, and support business development and talent acquisition initiatives.
Required Skills
* Strategic product management in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS within consulting or similar high‑growth environment.
* Expertise in AI‑automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, OpenAI, Claude, N8N, Zapier).
* Deep understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, data‑driven decision‑making, and modern product lifecycle frameworks.
* Experience in regulated sectors (finance, healthcare) with knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and compliance.
* Strong communication, executive presentation, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Leadership ability to coach junior staff and drive high‑performing teams in lean, fast‑moving contexts.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (top undergraduate program).
* MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred.
