Job Description
**Job Title:** Clinical Operations Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Clinical Operations team in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials. Provide administrative and analytical assistance to ensure trial efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data integrity in a fast‑paced biotech environment. **Expectations:** - Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation. - Demonstrate proactive, self‑motivated work ethic and effective time management. - Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with cross‑functional teams and external vendors. - Adapt to evolving priorities and ambiguous situations while meeting deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and track trial activities (study start‑up, site management, enrollment). - Manage Trial Master File (TMF) documents for completeness and audit readiness. - Assist in creating and reviewing study materials (site communications, training docs, manuals). - Support vendor management: track deliverables, schedule meetings, review minutes. - Update clinical trial trackers and dashboards (enrollment status, site activation). - Prepare agendas and minutes for cross‑functional meetings. - Conduct literature reviews on indications, competitors, and trial benchmarks. - Perform quality control and data reconciliation for clinical reports. - Execute general administrative tasks to aid the Clinical Operations team. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; meticulous attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CTMS/eTMF a plus. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. - Problem‑solving mindset, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to change. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Pre‑Medical studies, or a related field. - Strong academic record; no specific certifications required.
