**Job Title:** Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Nutrition
**Role Summary:**
Leads development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel brand strategies for a fast‑growing wellness CPG portfolio. Drives product launches, retail collaborations, and consumer insight‑based marketing while ensuring cross‑functional alignment and brand consistency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and manage disruptive, integrated campaigns for master brand and priority product lines, including innovation launches.
- Translate brand strategy into briefs, timelines, and go‑to‑market plans across digital, social, print, experiential, OTT/OLV, and traditional media.
- Partner with sales and trade marketing to develop retailer‑facing materials, trade programs, and pitch decks.
- Oversee end‑to‑end rollout: production schedules, retail acceptance milestones, asset tracking, and POS coordination.
- Conduct trend research, flavor/ingredient scouting, and consumer feedback analysis to support new product ideation.
- Align packaging development, commercial marketing, and production timelines with operations and retail execution.
- Utilize consumer insight platforms (e.g., Numerator, Suzy) to inform strategy and decision‑making.
- Build and maintain brand tracking tools, KPI dashboards, budget trackers, and cross‑functional workback schedules.
- Monitor industry, consumer, and competitive trends to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all consumer touchpoints and retail materials.
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- 5‑7+ years in brand marketing, preferably CPG, nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional campaigns, consumer insights, and KPI monitoring.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple product platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and post‑mortem reporting abilities for internal and external audiences.
- Experience with retail partners, trade marketing, trade shows, and asset management.
- Proficient in building brand presentations, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and effective stakeholder communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
