**Job Title:** Director of Emerging Technology Delivery **Role Summary:** Lead the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational goals. **Expectations:** Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in technology delivery; proven track record in managing large-scale technology initiatives; eligible for high-level government security clearance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of emerging technology projects, aligning with business objectives. - Direct cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy innovative solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and prioritize initiatives. - Monitor industry trends to recommend adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in all technology implementations. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, cloud, etc.). - Advanced project and program management capabilities. - Strong leadership and team coordination in matrixed environments. - Analytical problem-solving with data-driven decision-making. - High-level government security clearance (active or obtainable). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - Master’s degree preferred. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) and/or technology specialization (e.g., CISSP, AWS) beneficial.
