Job Description
**Job Title**: Electrical Manufacturing Technician **Role Summary** Install, set up, and troubleshoot electrical components on modular chiller and other manufacturing systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics, construct supports, and maintain tool rooms while ensuring compliance with industry standards and audit requirements. **Expectations** - Minimum 2 years of commercial/industrial electrical installation experience. - Knowledge of transformers, LVMCC/HVMCC, National Electrical Code. - Basic math and language skills. - Dependable transportation, valid US driver’s license, clean background check, drug‑screening consent. - Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand/walk, read/operate computer and tools. **Key Responsibilities** - Set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, trays. - Install conduit, wiring, and terminate high/low voltage circuits on modular systems. - Construct supports and infrastructure for electrical equipment. - Organize and oversee electrical tool room inventory. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical tools, welders, grinders. - Research and source replacement components. - Prepare documentation and support ISO 9001 and other audit activities. **Required Skills** - Electrical installation and wiring proficiency. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and plans. - Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Organizational and time‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - 2 + years commercial/industrial electrical installation experience; apprenticeship program enrollment or completion. - Valid US driver’s license; background check clearance. - Clean drug‑screening record.
