Job title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead, develop and manage a high‑performing sales team in Belgium. Drive revenue growth, secure new accounts, and maintain existing customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence through effective CRM usage, margin management, and campaign execution. Expactations: - Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for new and existing customers. - Foster a culture of coaching, performance feedback, and continuous improvement. - Build strategic relationships with high‑value and strategic customers to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruit, mentor, and retain qualified sales and clinical sales representatives. 2. Provide timely, constructive performance feedback and career development opportunities. 3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns. 4. Lead account planning, ensuring CRM data accuracy and timely execution. 5. Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities. 6. Manage margin and pricing strategy to meet profitability objectives. 7. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Professional sales or leadership certifications a plus.
