Job Description
Job title: Integration Analyst (Cadence scheduling and decision trees Required) Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling pathways for physician and hospital appointments, acting as the liaison between business, IT, and end users to optimize patient access workflows. Expectations: Deliver project milestones on time, facilitate change management, provide user training, and continuously improve scheduling processes to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery, design, and documentation of Epic scheduling workflows and system configurations. - Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for IS build. - Manage the full project life cycle including scoping, planning, execution, go‑live deployment, and post‑implementation reviews. - Log, track, and coordinate all system changes; troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate escalations. - Develop training materials, conduct user training, and support ongoing change processes for contact center operations. - Analyze capacity and scheduling templates to align with throughput goals. - Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - Collaborate with training and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support. Required Skills: - Proficient with Epic EMR – Cadence scheduling modules, decision trees, and CRM. - Strong project management skills with experience in scope definition, planning, and delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Analytical ability to resolve scheduling issues and identify improvement opportunities. - Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare appointment scheduling processes. - Customer service experience and end‑user support. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare appointment scheduling. - Minimum 1 year of experience in project management. - Experience with Epic Cadence and CRM required; certifications in Epic or related systems are a plus.
