**Job Title:** Licensed Advisory Assistant **Role Summary:** Provides operational and client‑service support to senior advisors overseeing a portfolio of 2,000+ client accounts. Handles inquiries, transaction coordination, record maintenance, limited trading, and administrative tasks to enable a high‑volume advisory office. Positions the incumbent for progression to a junior advisory role and independent book‑building. **Expectations:** - Deliver professional client and referral service via phone/email. - Maintain accurate CRM and financial records. - Coordinate fund movements, receipts, and disbursements with banks and custodians. - Execute servicing requests from Senior Advisors promptly and correctly. - Assist in distributing newsletters and marketing materials (no content creation). - Participate in projects aimed at long‑term growth and potential book‑building opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Service client accounts under senior advisor supervision. - Identify client issues and opportunities for improvement. - Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Perform basic trading activities as directed. - Update client relationship information and identification data. - Coordinate with financial institutions for money movement. - Execute servicing requests and schedule deliveries. - Distribute marketing communications under guidance. - Engage in department projects and other duties as required. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Organizational skills for managing a large client base. - Problem‑solving and opportunity identification. - Customer‑service orientation. - Basic financial knowledge (money movement, receipts, disbursements, trading fundamentals). - Technical proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial software. - Team collaboration and adaptability. - Willingness to learn and assume advanced responsibilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently holding an active FINRA Series 7 license. - Prior financial services experience is a plus. - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
