Job Description

Job Title: AI Strategist Role Summary: Lead client-facing strategy and evaluation for AI product initiatives, partnering with Technical Leads to define value, design rigorous evaluation plans, and drive production deployment and adoption. Expectations: - Deliver measurable business outcomes through data‑driven AI strategy. - Maintain end‑to‑end oversight of product value, evaluation design, and adoption metrics. - Communicate progress and findings to executive stakeholders and secure necessary approvals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery sessions to articulate value thesis, KPIs/OKRs, and roadmap. - Prioritize backlog for maximum ROI and user impact. - Design and execute offline and online evaluation frameworks, building rubrics, test cases, and golden datasets. - Collaborate with Technical Lead to deploy evaluation harnesses, dashboards, and error taxonomies. - Lead calibration cycles, risk management, and sprint rituals to ensure timely delivery. - Chair Responsible‑AI checkpoints, ensuring compliance with legal and information‑security standards. - Create enablement and rollout plans, validate usage and satisfaction, and identify adjacent opportunities. - Draft proposals and SOWs for new use cases. Required Skills: - 7+ years in product management, digital consulting, or equivalent. - Proven track record of shipping AI/ML or data‑intensive products to production. - Hands‑on experience in evaluation design, operations, and rubric creation. - Proficiency in building evaluation harnesses, dashboards, and error taxonomy. - Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, SQL, notebooks, and data tooling. - Strong analytical, executive communication, and Responsible‑AI application in regulated domains. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Certifications in AI/ML product management, Responsible AI, or related domains are a plus.
