Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Learning & Development Consultant Role Summary: Provide structured onboarding and continuous development for recruitment talent, delivering coaching, performance management, and training programs to support organizational growth. Manage a recurring 12‑week onboarding academy, deliver classroom and desk‑based training, and partner with HR leadership on talent development. Expectations: • Deliver high‑impact training 4–5 times per year. • Coach and monitor trainee performance; report progress to senior leadership. • Collaborate with People/Human Resources to align development plans. • Support junior managers in skill development. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and facilitate a 12‑week onboarding academy for new recruiters. - Conduct classroom and desk‑based learning sessions, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention. - Provide day‑to‑day sales leadership coaching to participants. - Manage performance metrics; generate regular reports for Senior Leaders and CEO. - Coordinate with Head of People on people development plans and talent pipelines. - Mentor junior managers, assist in skill acquisition, and monitor progress. Required Skills: - 2+ years of end‑to‑end (360) recruitment experience. - Proven experience in learning & development, coaching, or talent development. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment. - Process‑driven mindset with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in L&D, coaching, or recruitment (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, CCPD; SHRM‑CP; PRINCE2).
