Job Description
**Job title:** Client Manager – P&C Accounts **Role Summary:** Provide strategic client management for property and casualty accounts, driving renewals, coverage optimization, and premium negotiations while supporting marketing and new business development. Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring high service levels, compliance, and continual client education. **Expactations:** - Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as first point of contact for all service needs. - Analyze client data and market trends to recommend optimal coverage and pricing. - Negotiate premiums, commissions, and exclusions with carriers on behalf of clients. - Support producers with marketing materials, proposals, and meetings. - Mentor team members and promote professional development. - Stay current on industry regulations, product developments, and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct risk assessments, analyze experience data, and produce renewal specifications. - Prepare endorsements, resource updates, and trend information for clients. - Coordinate with claims advocates to ensure client satisfaction throughout claims. - Lead renewal presentations and collaborate with team on marketing initiatives. - Identify opportunities for cross‑sell in Property, Casualty, and Employee Benefits. - Maintain accurate records in agency management systems. - Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goals. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and risk‑management skills. - Negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Team‑oriented mindset with diplomacy and confidentiality. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma (college degree preferred). - Minimum 3 years experience in mid‑size brokerage or carrier environment. - Valid State Property & Casualty License. - Valid State Driver’s License.
