Job Description
**Job title** Artificial Intelligence Specialist **Role Summary** Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning and AI solutions that meet client specifications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven models and maintain production workflows. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, scalable AI applications within agreed timelines. - Maintain high coding standards and rigorous model validation. - Communicate technical insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Continuously integrate new AI research and tools into existing pipelines. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, clean, and preprocess data for model training and evaluation. - Build, test, and optimize machine‑learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar. - Design and implement algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, recommender systems, or natural‑language processing as needed. - Deploy models to production environments, ensuring monitoring, version control, and retraining strategies. - Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data analysts to align AI solutions with business goals. - Document model architectures, hyperparameters, performance metrics, and deployment procedures. - Troubleshoot model performance issues and provide data‑driven remediation. - Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing workflows. **Required Skills** - Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity). - Proficiency in Python; experience with Java or R is a plus. - Hands‑on expertise with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). - Solid background in statistics, probability, and data analysis. - Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and version control (Git). - Ability to interpret and explain model outcomes to non‑technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent. - Optional certifications: TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or similar.
