Job Description

**Job Title:** Photovoltaic Operations Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Responsible for the technical and operational oversight of solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance while coordinating maintenance activities and reporting key operational metrics. **Expectations:** - Monitor plant performance and detect anomalies. - Propose and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate maintenance interventions and manage third‑party service providers. - Drive optimization initiatives to maximize electricity production. - Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards. - Produce accurate operational reports and highlight key indicators. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct real‑time technical monitoring of photovoltaic installations. - Analyze production data, identify deviations, and generate improvement plans. - Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. - Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely interventions. - Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing plant efficiency. - Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. - Compile and deliver regular performance reports to management. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with SCADA systems and plant monitoring software. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. - Familiarity with maintenance planning and contractor management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or equivalent in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant experience in operation or maintenance of photovoltaic or other renewable energy facilities. - Certifications in safety, environmental compliance, or asset management are a plus.
