**Job Title** Product Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead product‑marketing strategy for a B2B visual‑content marketplace, crafting messaging, positioning, and launch plans that differentiate the product against competitors and resonate with target accounts. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end product‑marketing lifecycle from market research to go‑to‑market execution. - Deliver quantifiable growth via experiments, content creation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Shape brand and value proposition in partnership with the CEO and senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct customer and buyer interviews to surface insights that guide product and campaign decisions. 2. Perform competitive market analysis and transform findings into a differentiated positioning and value proposition. 3. Segment markets (ICP, personas) and develop targeted messaging and use‑case narratives. 4. Produce content collateral (product briefs, white papers, case studies, testimonials) and oversee distribution across all channels. 5. Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to refine product features and GTM communications. 6. Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of product‑marketing leadership in Series A‑C B2B startups. - Proven ability to create compelling, benefit‑driven messaging and positioning. - Strong user‑research skills with ability to analyze and report insights independently. - Familiarity with design and prototyping tools: Canva, Figma, Webflow. - Experience with AI‑assistive tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content generation is a plus. - Comfortable collaborating closely with product teams and developers. - Excellent project management and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (equivalent work experience accepted). - No mandatory certifications required.
