Senior Fullstack Engineer (Founding Engineer)
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and scale an AI-driven logistics platform that automates freight coordination from booking to real‑time tracking. Own end‑to‑end product delivery, from customer interaction and solution design to production deployment, while ensuring the system can handle traffic surges and continuously improve AI models.
**Expectations**
- Operate in a high‑velocity startup environment with immediate ownership and decision‑making authority.
- Deliver tangible product impact rather than focusing solely on code quality.
- Navigate ambiguity, drive solutions, and engage directly with customers to resolve issues.
- Work across the stack—frontend, backend, APIs, and AI model training—to launch features quickly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scale architecture to support up to 10× current traffic while maintaining real‑time performance and reliability.
- Design, develop, and automate AI training loops; monitor, evaluate, and retrain models in production.
- Own product lifecycle: gather requirements, design solutions, build features, and ship to production.
- Create seamless integrations with collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams) including slash commands, dashboards, and alerting.
- Build robust, two‑way data pipelines between the platform and external shipping partners.
- Continuously improve system reliability, latency, and cost‑efficiency.
**Required Skills**
- 2–10 years of full‑stack development experience delivering production systems.
- Strong product‑driven mindset: prioritize customer problems and ship impactful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work across the stack: UI/UX, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and machine‑learning model deployment.
- Experience with real‑time data processing, microservices, and scalable cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI/ML model serving, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and model monitoring.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and direct customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No mandatory certifications required; relevant training in cloud platforms or ML operations is advantageous.
