Job Description

Scrum Master, Business Systems **Role Summary** Facilitate agile practices across geographically distributed scrum teams focused on CRM (Salesforce), EDI, and ERP systems. Promote agile values and mature methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of enterprise applications. **Expectations** Lead and sustain agile culture in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements. Support global collaboration across time zones and stakeholders. Administer agile metrics and tools, ensuring alignment with business and technical priorities. **Key Responsibilities** - Facilitate scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint/release planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives. - Administer Agile tracking tools (Jira) for team metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle/lead time). - Collaborate with stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog. - Triage customer issues, defects, and enhancement requests, coordinating with IT, operations, and vendors for resolution. - Support software development delivery, validate user stories against criteria, and represent teams in upgrades, releases, and UAT testing. **Required Skills** - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. - 5+ years scrum master experience in IT teams supporting business enterprise systems. - Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), EDI/ERP systems, and Jira (project-level administration). - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills in distributed teams. - Experience in agile metric tracking (velocity, cycle time, burn-down charts). **Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in technical field or 5+ years equivalent work experience. - Scrum Master certification (CSM or similar) required.
