Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Responsible for managing and evolving the Salesforce platform to meet business needs within an agile, global team. Executes production releases, documents requirements, collaborates with stakeholders and developers, and provides day‑to‑day user support. Ensures clean deployment pipelines, user acceptance testing, and maintains alignment across teams. Expectations: - 3–4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. - Proven production environment management and DevOps knowledge. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Hands‑on experience in agile delivery, JIRA, GitHub, and Salesforce deployment tools. - Ability to work cross‑functionally with development, QA, and business units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage production environments: deploy new features, oversee testing, resolve production issues. 2. Participate in planning sessions: collect business requirements, understand processes. 3. Document requirements using process flows, user stories, and related artifacts. 4. Facilitate agile delivery: coordinate with development teams, support sprint planning, and backlog grooming. 5. Ensure proper development pipelines (GitHub, DevOps Center), release management, and smooth production rollouts. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirement fulfillment and feature delivery. 7. Provide ongoing Salesforce user support across Sales and Service, escalating critical issues. 8. Conduct user acceptance testing and validate functionality deployments. 9. Communicate solution design and alignment with broader development activities. Required Skills: - Salesforce platform administration (objects, security, automation, flows). - Production environment management and DevOps processes. - Requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping. - JIRA usage (ticketing, user stories, release notes). - GitHub and DevOps Center familiarity. - User acceptance testing facilitation. - Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder liaison. - Independent problem solving and effective collaboration with technical teams.
