Job Title: Senior SAP Security Consultant for S4 Implementation
Role Summary: Design, implement, and manage security roles, authorizations, and governance for SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, GRC) to ensure compliance, protect data, and support audits.
Expactations: Deliver secure SAP solutions aligned with organizational security architecture; maintain compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulations; provide expertise in role design, SoD, and risk mitigation across functional modules.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects for ECC, S/4HANA, and supporting modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, BOBJ, BTP, CRM, SCM, SRM).
• Manage Fiori catalog, group, and tile security, including UX role assignments.
• Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, access management, and maintain segregation of duties controls.
• Monitor privileged/temporary access, security logs, and exception reports; analyze SU53 logs and ST01 traces.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and evidence.
• Identify and assess security risks; recommend improvements, best practices, and hardening guidelines.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate security into implementation projects.
Required Skills: • 5+ years SAP Security experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proficient in SAP role design, authorization concepts, and security architecture for ECC/S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on expertise with Fiori security and SAP GRC Access Control.
• Strong SoD, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation knowledge.
• Ability to read SU53, ST01 traces and troubleshoot authorization issues.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP Security/GRC certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Security Architecture, SAP GRC Access Control) preferred.
