Job Description
**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform to enhance automation, efficiency, and service delivery for clients. Collaborate within a Service Improvement team, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive continuous innovation. **Expectations:** - Eligible for SC Clearance (UK residency for the last 5 years) and willing to undergo CT & NPPV2 clearance. - Remote work capability with strong self‑management. - Proactive problem‑solver with customer‑focused mindset. - Effective communicator who shares knowledge across the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. - Implement and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management). - Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools and maintain the CMDB. - Troubleshoot, support, and optimize ServiceNow performance. - Document solutions and provide user training. - Identify and propose opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator & Applications Developer. - Strong programming in JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration techniques. - Solid understanding of ITSM processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, remote environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ServiceNow System Administrator Certification. - ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
