Job Description

Job Title: PHP Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications for a telecom solution. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver robust, reusable code, APIs, and batch processes, ensuring high quality and performance. Expectations: - Advanced proficiency in OOP PHP (Symfony) and front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 8+). - Strong database skills: MySQL/MariaDB, relational modeling, and transactional SQL. - Experience with RESTful API design (JSON), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible), and version control (Git). - Ability to produce clear technical specifications, documentation, and unit/functional tests (JUnit, robotframework). - Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and remote collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities: - Translate functional requirements into detailed design documents. - Implement software components (Bdd, IHM, batch jobs, APIs) using Symfony and related technologies. - Write and run unit tests, support integration and regression testing, and assist in system validation. - Provide ongoing application maintenance and performance tuning. - Author and maintain technical documentation and best‑practice guides. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, retrospectives, planning) and sprint deliverables. Required Skills: - OOP PHP (Symfony) + front‑end stack (Angular 8+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS). - SQL (MySQL/MariaDB) and database design, transactional queries. - RESTful API development (JSON) and WebService integration. - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible); Git branching/merge strategy. - Unit/functional testing frameworks (JUnit, robotframework). - Batch processing and automation. - Agile methodologies and collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field (BAC+5). - Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Symfony, AWS, or database certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
