About the Company

We look for businesses and opportunities we can truly understand, where we can be long-term partners — not just passive capital. Our goal is simple: compound value over decades and build something lasting. We rely on research, clear thinking, and direct conversations with operators to guide our decisions. When we commit, we do so with conviction — concentrating our time, energy, and capital where we believe we can make the biggest difference. At heart, we’re a small group of people who love solving hard problems and building real relationships. That’s the culture we protect as we grow.
