Focus on prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with sports clubs, committees, and federations across Europe. **Expactations:** - Highly dynamic, proactive, and results‑driven. - Persuasive communicator who thrives on overcoming objections and turning “no” into opportunities. - Strong team player willing to collaborate on market‑entry strategies. - Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and KPI’s. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone (cold calls) and email. - Deliver live product demonstrations and webinars to prospective clients. - Identify and prioritize target sports federations, committees, and clubs. - Participate in industry fairs, federation assemblies, and networking events. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with federations and large clubs. - Contribute to the development of the overall business‑development strategy with the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems. **Required Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication in English (French a plus). - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities. - High level of determination, resilience, and competitive spirit. - Ability to present technical software solutions to non‑technical audiences. - Proven prospecting and lead‑generation experience (cold calling). - Team collaboration and strategic thinking. - Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; sales‑performance training is a plus.

Expectations: Apprenticeship lasting 24 months, starting January 2026; eligibility for a full‑time contract upon completion. Target candidates include final‑year university students or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related disciplines eager to develop sales skills in a fast‑growing startup. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold‑call prospecting and follow‑up. - Deliver live product demos to sports clubs, committees, and federations. - Collaborate with the business development team on market‑entry strategies. - Identify and prioritize target sports segments and partner organizations. - Organize and promote webinars to generate qualified leads. - Manage objections, nurture leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
