Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Intelligence Developer **Role Summary:** Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including reports and interactive dashboards, to support business decision‑making. Works under the direction of the Development Manager, collaborates with clients, and ensures solution quality, performance, and scalability. **Expectations:** - Organized, methodical, and able to respond promptly to client requests. - Translate business data needs into accurate, actionable BI deliverables. - Maintain clear documentation and adhere to project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in the design and development of BI products, ensuring quality and scalability. - Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements. - Integrate developed solutions and manage production deployments. - Diagnose and resolve issues in existing reports to ensure reliable operation. - Write detailed, structured specifications (cahiers des charges) to guide development and validation. - Support clients during Power BI implementation and adoption. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Talend for data integration. - Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development. - Knowledge of Git version control. - Familiarity with Progress database (SGBD Progress). - Ability to analyze client needs, define corrective measures, and produce clear specifications. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bac +2 (associate degree) in Computer Science or a related field. - Relevant experience in business intelligence development preferred.
