Job Title: Account Manager Role Summary: Drive growth and retention of strategic client accounts while cultivating and expanding technology partner relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and primary liaison to partners, ensuring collaborative co‑selling and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Expectations: - Maintain high client satisfaction and engagement through proactive account health management. - Identify and secure expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships across clients and partners. - Travel locally and nationally for on‑site client and partner engagements. - Deliver polished presentations and business reviews that translate technical successes into business value. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as daily point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, monitoring engagement metrics and mitigating risks. - Deeply understand client business needs to uncover opportunities for new services and solutions. - Lead account health checks, business reviews, and quarterly business plans. - Manage and grow relationships with key technology partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft) to facilitate co‑selling and joint initiatives. - Navigate partner programs, incentives, and compliance requirements to maximize collaboration benefits. - Conduct on‑site visits with clients and partners, presenting capabilities, case studies, and new proposals. - Track industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform account strategies and partnership tactics. Required Skills: - 2‑3 years of client‑facing experience in technology consulting, digital agency, or fast‑paced tech environment. - Strong business acumen in technology services, digital transformation, product development, and cloud adoption. - Proven relationship‑building with senior‑level stakeholders. - Strategic thinking with a focus on long‑term partnership potential. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create polished presentations and lead engaging meetings. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - (Optional) Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce, AWS).
