**Job title** Social Media Coordinator **Role Summary** Manage and grow Hilma’s Instagram and TikTok presence as a contract coordinator. Create, edit, and schedule mobile‑first video and visual content, develop new content series, and engage with the community to increase brand awareness and e‑commerce traffic. Own the content calendar, performance reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, retail, and growth teams. **Expectations** - Deliver 35 hrs/week (Mon‑Wed in‑office, Thu‑Fri remote). - Produce high‑quality, on‑camera short‑form videos and graphics. - Proactively adapt to platform updates and trending formats. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to recommend content, strategy, and optimizations. - Respond to comments and DMs in brand voice, fostering community. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Content creation: film, edit, and publish Instagram & TikTok posts, reels, stories, and ads. 2. Design graphics and storytelling assets for mobile‑first platforms. 3. Calendar ownership: plan, schedule, and coordinate all social media deliverables. 4. Reporting: compile weekly/monthly performance metrics, create recap decks, recommend optimizations. 5. Community management: respond to DMs/comments, interact with other accounts in brand voice. 6. Strategic collaboration: work with Brand Marketing, Retail, and Growth teams on key marketing moments, retail presence, and digital ads. 7. Trend monitoring: research and pivot quickly to viral formats, algorithm shifts, and cultural trends. **Required Skills** - 2+ years managing Instagram and TikTok accounts. - Comfortable on camera; skilled in filming and lighting for short‑form video. - Proficient in video editing (Splice, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or comparable). - Design proficiency (Sketch, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Copywriting and basic storytelling for social media. - Strong analytical skills: insights from metrics, data‑driven decisions. - Excellent communication, organization, time‑management, and attention to detail. - Creative, energetic, people‑oriented mindset; flexible, “no‑task‑is‑too‑small” attitude. - Interest in wellness and digestive health (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field. ---
